Abstract: Maintaining a healthy demographic balance as a workforce has always been beneficial to organizations in many ways, especially in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), since it was key to the operational success of the region. The basic reason for the same has been that the government itself offered several benefits and followed the principle of diversity as its regulation to promote diversity. Among the benefits provided to organizations, licenses could have a higher status recognition by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, (a higher status which is based on employing many different nationalities and paying lower for labor contract registration), lower visa fees, a developed workforce could offer better services and ideas to nurture the market place for improved customer satisfaction and enhanced bottom lines.

Benefits also included offering the best of services to global audiences as UAE has been one of the key hubs in joining east to west and also be important logistics Centre. UAE always ensured fair representation of diversity, both as a workforce and tourists by instituting policies that encouraged diversity. Diversity also enhanced the image of the UAE as a country that employed a diverse workforce and did not partake in the dominance of a particular country. Diversity also helped with the Emiratization of the local workforce which integrated well with the overall ecosystem.
